Property developers to close their sales galleries from April 7 until May 4

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Property developers have to close their project sales galleries from April 7 until May 4, 2020. This is in line with the government’s directive on April 3 to close all workplaces except for those in selected economic sectors and providing essential services

For sales galleries that remain open till April 6, developers have to ensure that they comply with safe distancing measures issued by Ministry of Health (MOH), which came into effect on March 26.

Chip Eng Seng’s property arm, CEL Development, has decided to proceed with sales conversion of Kopar at Newton, on April 6, before closing the sales gallery on April 7. The 378-unit, 99-year, leasehold condo on Kampong Java Road, previewed on March 25, having implemented the stricter safe distancing measures in line with MOH guidelines.
