SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A pair of freehold, three-storey conservation shophouses, at 13 & 15 Teo Hong Road in the Outram area is up for sale at a guide price of $33 million, or $2,980 psf on total floor area.

The two shophouses occupy a land area of 3,476 sq ft, and will have a total floor area of 11,070 sq ft once renovation works are completed, says CBRE, which is marketing the property.

Part of the renovation includes constructing an open terrace on the second floor and an attic above the third level, with the former overlooking the greenery at the park located behind the property.

Facing Outram Park MRT Interchange Station, the shophouses, which are currently vacant and untenanted, enjoy a 11.6m frontage along Teo Hong Road.

Under URA’s Master Plan 2019, the shophouses are zoned for commercial use under the Chinatown Historical District (Bukit Pasoh) Conservation Area.

The expression of interest exercise will close on Feb 9 at 3pm.
